      Like any job it has its pros and cons. Pro - Interesting Industry, Nice office. They *try to be cutting edge

      Like any job it has its pros and cons. Con is they are constantly laying people off and job insecurity due to poor management decisions (ie. Entering and exiting the mortgage industry)

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
