      Competing expectations by different management individuals Poor training coupled with immediate performance expectations Pay is below average for similar job titles in the area Lip service given to work/life balance as actual workload imbalance can negatively impact this for some. Clearly defined processes/requirements are routinely overridden by management on a reactionary basis to meet management goals. No clear career path, Not much room for upward career growth within organization locally

      Lots of opportunity for OT during busy seasons. Hybrid work schedule when not in feild.

      Cons

      It takes a lot of hours to make good money. Training is very dependent on senior field crew availability. Lots of short notice travel.
