The base salary is unlivable. It’s sold as a fun place to work but there’s no community, everyone is angry, stressed, and miserable. Managers encourage bad behavior from employees such as lying to get ahead and throwing other people under the bus. It’s a corporation that doesn’t care about its employees, but the worst part is that the managers and coworkers are all only out for themselves, too. Working here will change you as a person. I’ve seen people go from joyful to hateful, negative, and cutthroat. I would not recommend this company.
