Progressive Recruitment interview questions

A day after applying I was called for discussing my possible fit for the role. During the interview proces the communication was very clear and quick. a week after applying I already had a job offer from the company that was attached to the joboffer.

The interviewer was 25 minutes late and seemed completely unprepared, lacking knowledge about the organization and the recruitment process when answering my questions. It felt more like a practice call, as there were long pauses throughout the conversation.
