Pros

Those who want to take it upon themselves to grow and educate themselves, have that opporuntity here. Culture is fun in and out of office. Can be a director in three years if you do what your told and don't ask questions or question unethical decisions.

Cons

Where to start. Horrendous pay. Directors in place that have been with the company less than 3-4 years. Pitching huge companies to change to cheaper pens to save money. Everyone that has value leaves within a year. Long termers are PRP lifer's with no other company experience. Company will do anything to save a buck to bill on it. No true knowledge in certain areas- menatility is just throw out bids and achieve the lowest cost then bill client on it while not taking service quiality into consideration. Turnover is outrageous. Anyone can be replaced. True knowledge sits with about ten percent of the staff.

Thank you for the time you took to write this review and I wish you much success in your future endeavors. Your right about the PRP culture! We have worked hard during our incredible growth to create a winning culture where individuals can thrive, contribute and develop within the organization. We are proud of our training program where we offer over 500 hours of training per year to develop our greatest assets, our employees and have outlined a career path for every employee to develop, including developing into a leadership role. As we grow I am extremely proud that we do look within, to promote our next generation of leaders, and we continue to look at our overall compensation plan including now matching our employees 401K contributions. As for our company approach to prospective clients, pens savings represents .0001% of our overall client savings. PRP has 54 expenses areas led by seasoned practice group leadership who are experts in these areas and in our 21 years we have saved our clients over 4.4B in accumulated savings. Since PRP is engaged with our clients for 2 years +, maintaining service level and increasing them has to be priority number one. Thank you for your feedback, Don

Pros

Focused workdays, without unnecessary noise. Good fit for someone who likes taking their time with details instead of rushing through everything. Managers trust you to work through files, but they still check in when something needs another look. Team that takes accuracy seriously, which has made me more careful as well. Paid overtime when projects take longer than expected. Good learning environment, especially if you like dealing with documents and problem-solving.

Cons

Waiting on missing client documents

Pros

The tools we used functioned properly. My direct colleagues were organized and competent.

Cons

. I spent eighty months waiting for any clarity on what success was supposed to look like in this role. . Managers would assign projects and then disappear for weeks with no feedback, no check ins, and no guidance. . Work would be completed without any indication of whether it was correct or incorrect. . Issues were only raised later by executives who criticized results without ever defining expectations . There was no consistent explanation of standards or how work was supposed to be done. . Leadership failed to address the real problem, which was a lack of direction and management structure. . Employees were blamed for not meeting expectations that were properly communicated. . Over time,. the lack of structure and accountability became draining and led to disengagement.
