Pros
Procter and Gamble offers a stable work environment. If you are "banded" you can easily move up the ladder with time (not performance). Compensation and benefits are structured to be exactly at the median.
Cons
Lack of creativity in product supply (I can't speak for HQ or marketing). Procter and Gamble does not respect its employees and does not set people up for success. They usually implement rotating shifts at the technician level (this week you are on first shift, next week you are 2nd, etc).
