I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time

    Pros

    - Pays relocation - Average starting salary - Company provides $ rewards (new hires usually don't qualify for these) - Good roles (for the limited time they take you off shift to let you work your assigned role)

    Cons

    - Expect to be on and off shift for long duration. Company claims to "build capability" but realistically you exist to save money on overtime. Plant is perpetually understaffed. - Expect to work long hours (50+) without any overtime pay (your colleagues will receive overtime pay) - Management cut cleaning services instead adding cleaning duties to already overworked staff - Be on call. No, the company can't afford to provide you with a phone/plan so you will have to pay for a reliable phone and plan out of pocket (no wifi, so make sure to get lots of data) - safety incidents are under reported. Culture consist of writing people up and workers covering up mistakes. Result is minimal learning from incidents
