    - incredible training opportunities - great ownership from day 1 - generally known for great managers, easy to find mentors within the organization - people are very willing to help and coach you - great salary

    Cons

    - focused on project management and execution of plans locally, typically more sales-focused than creative/brand focused - no visibility into profits and bottom line due to US-CA structure of the organization - work in silos- your brand team sits in the US so your CA team is cross-functional and shared across brands - standard promotion timelines, ~ 2 years in role - difficult to rotate globally

    Probably the best manufacturing company to start your career at, amazing career development and a ton of responsibility quickly.
