Training is abundant and they will give you the tools you need for success. -Great at linking different parts of the company to other arts that do similar work. They promote networking and linking in across organizations to get work done better. -Praise and positive criticism is kept on a profesional level and does not include personal opinions. -Strong support for what is best for their employees such as time off, relocation and going back to school part time or on sabbatical.
Cons
Easy to get caught in information due to enormous size of the company. Conservative culture leads to red tape and bureaucracy which sometimes makes the job more difficult and complex.
