      None. There is nothing good about Primerica

      Cons

      Zero leadership. Dishonest mentors, no help, pushed to recruit and promised bonuses after retaining life insurance license. Not told what needs to take place on order to receive said license. DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY.

      Easy to work from home and being able to choose my own hours.

      My kids want to constantly know what I am doing and interrupt my work flow.

      Nice if you can make money by having people you recruited.

      Cons

      Mislead by being told about they have leads for you and that you will educate people about life insurance and other services. They are focused on recruiting.
