Pros
Friendly staff, some customers are lovely which may take your mind off the hard work, time goes quick as you are always kept busy.
Cons
Long hours, you dont have a choice in overtime unless you finish before the store closes, low pay especially for under 18s, standing up all day, not even sitting down on tills by the end of a full day shift your legs will feel like they have been cut off, supervisors are generally okay but some managers expect you to do more than any human being is capable of doing and get frustrated or look at you as if you are stupid or even laugh when you dont know something. Defo not worth the money however when you only work part time it can be bareable to a certain extent, never expect a superior to help you and if they do expect them to complain about it. Always understaffed.. sometimes even managers need to fill in for work staff
