Pros
- clean cash( there is nearly no discounts for employees but you get good salary to balance it) - established brand which is taking over the world and expanding which gives you opportunity to progress if you wish to - if you have good Store Manager of the store you can organize your days off if you are doing some activities during the week ( Tue, Wed, Thur. Other days forget it)
Cons
-48 hours minimum so you start 9:30am and going home sometimes at 8pm. - not much of work life balance place - if yo get a "weekend off" it is a Sunday before the week starts and Saturday after 5 days of work as rotas are build SUN-SAT. (not Mon - Sun). - No bank holidays off, no New year and Christmas days off. You work certain amount of Bank holidays as per contract. - No holidays possible between end of Nov and 2nd week of Jan.
