Pros
The sky is the limit. If you seek out opportunity or are assigned specific projects there is plenty of opportunity to learn, grown and hone your skills at all levels of the organization. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. There is a solid team in the top management positions that strive to succeed and demand success. At the end of the day business is business.
Cons
While the culture is very results oriented there are times where that focus clouds the fundamentals. Your people are your most valuable asset. Treat them like they are. The hourly work force at many of the locations especially ones that were privately held prior to acquisition experience a great deal of culture shock once PCC has fully integrated into the business.
