Pros
They have benefits? There were some truly wonderful individuals when I worked there, but that can hopefully be said of any job.
Cons
There was no standardized training, it felt like things were being made up as I went along. My supervisor signed off on everything I did in my first few months (a reasonable thing) but then four months later decided I'd done it all wrong. Most of my job felt like a guessing game. Pay was low, COVID safety protocols were not enforced, and the breakroom would regularly be dirty and trash not emptied. Instead of hiring more people so that jobs could be well, they pawn work off on existing employees, at one point I was performing three roles and answering to three bosses, all with minimal training. It was overwhelming and nerve wracking and there was very little support from management.
