Plenty to learn, plenty to do. Corporate is putting a lot of money into capital projects to improve productivity and capability.
Cons
Everything in the place is one sneeze away from a catastrophic failure because it has been neglected for years. Anything new introduced to this site is destroyed in the blink of an eye. Operations is poorly trained, ops leadership is worse: inept, indecisive. Planning is poor. Leadership is poor, Preventative maintenance is ineffective, poorly planned and executed, predictive maintenance and lean concepts are a far-off dream at this site.
