Pros
Location is easy to get to if you live on the North or West side of Houston. The fellow employees are nice and easy going. Lots of green space if you walk outside for a break.
Cons
High turnover of leadership. Thus there is constant change that never gets a chance to take hold. The management team that PCC puts in place needs to get the entire campus working together and not each area working just for itself. They will never be successful unless everyone learns to play together.
