Pros
MDPs are exposed to multiple plants under the PCC umbrella giving you a very diverse working experience. The program puts you into 4 roles (supervisor, process engineer, etc) in two different plants in completely different divisions. The program is good because it is fast paced, your projects recieve a lot of attention and you can make a significant impact in your time as an MDP
Cons
The hours will vary. At the first plant, I was working as an engineer for 45hrs/week, now I am working 60+ hour weeks for the same base pay. A lot is expected of you and this is not a position you can just cruise by, but it gives you the confidence that you can get the job done.
