      Co-workers Casual attire Work from home I enjoyed my time, though not long - with co-workers, the casual dress, and 1 work from home day a week.

      Leadership Strategy Communication Expectations Sales Process Vision Management The expectation of what it would be and what it was is very opposite. We were never told what we should and no one listened.

      - Everyone's opinions are heard and result in some type of action, if it's not the right now to implement an idea, you always get the full why behind it - They aren't married to a particular process, if things get rolled out and aren't working they'll make changes and don't force everyone to fit a specific mold - Flexible with work life balance, they understand that sometimes personal things come up and they honor that
