5 weeks paid vacation, great health-benefits plan!
Having five weeks off is definitely a nice perk, keep in mind it includes sick days. One work at home day per week as well.
Benefits Pay Plan is more flexible than traditional plans.
For large families or those with specific needs, not all will be covered. It is a general plan but there is room for flexibility if you use it correctly
This company offers great incentives such as cash bonuses for performance, excellent starting salaries and raising based on overall performance, gift certificates, cash bonuses for their monthly blogging contest and lots of room for advancement. However this company does not offer paid vacation or health benefits to their contractors.
