Decent company, but hostile environment in my department. - Corporate Finance PlayStation Employee Review

It is disappointing that this former employee felt it was a hostile environment in finance after 5 years with the company. We take our culture and environment very seriously and it is in our values and corporate policy that we provide a safe and positive working environment. I can say first hand that there is a great amount of work / life balance, through the onsite amenities, benefits, PTO, paid holidays and paid December shut down, we value families and encourage every employee to maintain that balance of their personal and professional life.
