Pros
+ Work on video games! Albeit from a distance or indirectly in many cases + Plenty of good, like-minded colleagues + Steady, predictable business + Cool perks (ie. insider-info, fun events, product discounts)
Cons
- Very big entity with the "corporate" and "bureaucratic" attributes you might expect - Changes come slowly, if at all - Poor performing staff seem to remain in roles for too long (incl. management)
