Poor middle management - Systems Software Engineer PlayStation Employee Review

Part of a great team under the management of a weak team manager that prefers to work in siloes and keep everyone under heavy micro managing and scrutiny. Did not properly perform employee reviews based on results and driven more on metrics. Very hard to meet expectations to receive a fair yearly review and bonus.
