Pros
- Very laid back environment - Challenging work - Small, fast-moving teams - Get to work with and develop some extremely cool tech - Since being acquired by Sony, work hours have been reduced to "normal". - Lots of company sponsored events for the employees.
Cons
- Company is a bit "top heavy". It feels like every new person who gets hired is a manager or a manager or managers. Most of which, I am not even really sure what they do on a day to day. - The release process is a bit painful, but it is improving.
