Relaxed Environment. Some minor events to promote LGTBQA+ events.
Cons
Can be too relaxed. A lot of staff sit with social media up, or sit on their phones No progression - A lot of 2+ year staff with no promotion or raise in place. Paid at same level as new staff. Multiple teams with no say on who or what you work on. Erratic changes to staffing and assigned projects. Several staff have missed out on being credited in games due to changes near the end of a project, damaging their CV and future. Base QA Staff are treated differently. Hired through recruitment agency Yoh! Base QA Staff are exempt from special offers to Sony staff, insurances, special events
