Pros

I've had a great experience working here so far. The team is incredibly supportive and collaborative, making it a genuinely enjoyable place to come to work every day. There are clear career ladders (Career Framework) and plenty of opportunities for professional growth and cross-functional projects. Recently, the company launched LinkedIn Learning for all employees, which is a fantastic investment in both our professional and personal development. It's great to see leadership prioritizing training and upskilling. The benefits are top-notch, and there's strong exposure to a global business environment. You really feel like the work you're doing makes a difference and is part of a larger mission.

Cons

I miss having more in-person interactions with my team.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that you've had such a positive experience with your team and are feeling supported in your professional growth. Creating an environment where people feel empowered, connected, and part of something meaningful is incredibly important to us. We're especially glad you’re finding value in the Career Framework and our investment in LinkedIn Learning — continuous development is something we truly believe in. Your feedback about in-person interaction is appreciated as well, and we’ll continue looking for ways to foster more connection, even in hybrid or remote settings.

Pros

The technical resources are top notch. Solid people who care.

Cons

It is a classic case of misalignment and lack of product improvement. In the 3+ years I was at Planview only a handful of reps either made or made anything close to their number. One group had zero and the highest attainment was 60%. Much of the sales motions were to save existing clients rather than grown new business. 6 net new VPs in as many months in 2025. If you are considering a move to PV look carefully at the durability of the recurring business.
