I have been working at Planview full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I made a lot of assumptions coming here and that’s part my fault. They have a very slim customer base which means they find ways of making sure the customer pays.

    Cons

Most of the labor comes from diverse backgrounds including overseas help. Many have never managed projects. So if you want to have big margins then hire resources for rick bottom prices which billing industry standard rates. So embarrassed I’m here.

It was comfortable, the one hour assessment is ridiculous. My time is valuable, and an hour assessment is not necessary if the right questions are being asked during the interview
