      Good work life balance, used to be security, Nice people. Good pay.

      Cons

      New management is treating company like a fixer-upper and wants to make headlines for the investors without any care for the company, its employees and clients. Hestia and its puppets did this with Support.com where they laid off people, propped up the balance sheet and sold it to a mining company.

      My team as well as other teams I work with have been amazing. I have grown so much in my role at Pitney Bowes. 15+ years with the company has been very rewarding.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's hard to balance work and personal life but that is more of a me problem. I love what I do and put a lot into it.
