Pros
In it's glory days PB was a great giant and everyone was proud to work for them. Today no real pros come to mind. You can trust nothing that is said or done.
Cons
The company is failing. There are continuing layoffs with no warning. Jobs are off shored daily. Experience is not valued and kicked out the door. Customers are at the bottom of the list of priorities. All in all terrible management from the top all the way down. I can not name a single sole that demonstrates leadership ability anymore.
