Pitney Bowes Sotware has a nice mixture of software components that might be able to provide interesting solutions to the market. Customers might be able to take a look at a wide range of solutions that should provide them value. Salaries in the software part are competitive,
Cons
They have integrated the adquisitions badly, the management is average to low average and their decissions are making more difficult to do any software business. They are compressing something that should be expandind. It is very difficult to be promoted unless you do poliitcal movements, I have never seen the list of achievements of the people promoted. That is why people is not doing their jobs better. It is better do politics than show results
