This used to be "the" place to work. Now they do not value their employees, Upper management has created a hostile work environment where employees are frightened on a consistent basis. They are imposing unrealistic goals to "weed out" employees. It's easier to make an employee quit than to pay a severance . Heads would roll if the Shareholders knew that employees were told number and duration of calls was more important than bringing in money.
