Pros

Great Benefits: price is not too high. Was great for my maternity leave Autonomy: You don't have the managers breathing down your neck all day, unless your sales are really really poor Decent comp plan: They've changed it up a nit, its a little harder now. Mail machines and renewals are you bread and butter sales and they've recently reduced that, but all in all fair comp that should bring in an extra 800-1000 dollars per month.

Cons

Gas is expensive and they dont compensate enough for that work alone: it can be lonely pressure for sales: they do get all over you when youre consistently below quota tough when market is slow

Pros

I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
