There are too many but unethical and illegal comes to mind. If you enjoy watching one person be favored over everyone else and are made to feel like crap everyday by management...this is the place for you. These baboons need to get their crap straight. They don't let you off for anything. No work/life balance, no respect, no morals. Fudging of stats and numbers for the favorite is common here. Terminations for no reasons have happened. They are a true nightmare. You usually beta few months if your lucky and then they strike hard with damaging everything you are made of and making you feel worthless. However management can run around chatting up, eating, and doing nothing but beware if you should not be on the phone you will get an ear full even for legitimate reasons like your computer not working or going to the restroom.
