Pros
Different shifts available, full or part-time
Cons
Disorganized leadership, inconsistent tech support, treated like a number, difficult software. When I started at PillPack, things were okay. Made a base plus commission in sales, I did very well and was acknowledged for it. Once Amazon took after after the acquisition, things went downhill quickly. It was no longer a job for an experienced, professional sales person. Commission was taken away, we were forced to be Customer Service agents as well as continue with sales. Micro-managed, no longer acknowledged for great work....I stayed longer than I should have. Great job for young kids who enjoy technology and don't care much about being micro-managed or being acknowledged for great work. It's a decent paycheck, but raises are ridiculous. I got $ .90/hr the second year and $ .32/hr the third year with no explanation. My performance was excellent. Very cheap.
