Pros
Salary adjustment in 2023 to bring us to competitive wage for the region along with a 15% cost of living adjustment for West coast staff employees.
Cons
Was there for 2.5 years and watched roles disappear with attrition and the work load be spread amongst the remaining personnel. Due to this situation and leadership not having a plan in place I elected to resign after having a very successful year in 2023 going above and beyond expectations. I was expecting a high performance rating however, after putting in my resignation and giving two weeks notice of my departure I was informed by HR that my bonus would be forfeited due to the VCIP performance factor not being announced. In 2023 I went above and beyond the call of duty supporting my dept and P66 doesn’t have the integrity to pay me for what was rightfully earned due to a simple announcement. I could have played dirty games to prolong my employment a few more weeks until the announcement was made, receive my bonus, then resign but I have more integrity than that and didn’t. I was expecting that P66 would have the same core values, as they state, but they proved me wrong and hold my bonus for themselves. I missed “the announcement” by a month, like that actually matters as I’m sure the calculation has been done since shortly after the new year. I have been in this industry for over 30 years and know lots of people looking for work and unfortunately due to P66 lack of integrity and respect for their tired and overworked personnel I cannot and will not recommend them as a place to seek employment. Be bigger than that Phillips! Do the right thing and give what was rightfully earned.
