      GREAT Company. Decent pay. GREAT benefits.

      Cons

      Moving up is possible if you can find the right mentor. But the extra responsibility is not compensated enough. The lubricant division is a snake pit full of pitiful team leads and even more pathetic managers and directors. The VP is only waiting to be moved on to something bigger and better abd couldn't care less about majority of the people. Only his own cuckolds.
