      Opportunity to learn about variety of Finance/Accounting functions within the company Learn a lot about oil and gas industry Given junior mentor (less time in the company, typically younger) and senior mentor (more time in the company)

      Required to go into office all 5 days every week (interns only, full time is different) Not a lot of diversity in the workplace
