      Pros

      Best place to work at as far as retail. Good money. Good customers. Good working environment between managers and associates.

      Cons

      Always has been a very good growing company, but in the past year doesn't have good direction. It is hard knowing what is the objective day to day.

      Pros

      Work with pets, earn tips and commission.

      Cons

      Corporate salon means no logic and reason to the rules and they can change day by day. Pushed to churn as many grooms out as possible instead of do quality work. No clear communication from management and no positive feedback from management, only beratings and lectures and threats to being replaced.
