We're sorry to hear that your experience does not align with the culture that we recognise here. However, we are grateful for this opportunity to address your comments and learn more from your feedback. We appreciate that roles within service can be demanding, and we recognise that employees may have different perspectives on workload, operational processes and the support available to them. We have processes and KPI's in place to ensure that workload is distributed fairly amongst our teams and that we can offer support where needed. However, these are never intended to feel unmanageable.
We value all feedback and regularly review employee insight as part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible experience for our colleagues and clients. While we appreciate your comments regarding resourcing, we continue to invest in and recruit talented individuals across the business to support our growth and the delivery of service to our clients.
