Pros

Nice San Jose campus with tennis courts, good cafeteria and gym. Good location, easy access to highway. Commute assistance. Koi pond.

Cons

Silos, politics, power struggles. Poor communications between Eng and support orgs. Customers are nickel-and-dimed, and lied to. Brain-dead UI with no insight into customer end-to-end experience. Omaha support center is a sweatshop that gets lip service from the execs but is treated as an place to clean up problems, not contribute to product improvement. Definitely 2nd class citizens.

Big scale. Good work-life balance. Smart coworkers.

Cons

Lack of product vision. Disparate tech stack split between internal tooling and more modern cloud providers makes the deployment story confusing.
