      some nice people are still in the company and make work life much better

      Cons

      too many fire drills for no apparent reason no clear strategy work life balance is not there anymore too many reorgs and restructurings because of no clear direction senior leaders are like gods

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
