They have a horrible habit of adding unnecessary stress on their employees. As an example they constantly change the lay out of the profiles and they never alert their customer service reps that the change is coming. So while the reps are busy trying to figure out the new layout and assist the customer at the same time. Higher management criticized us for having a longer handle time. Higher management constantly lies to cover up their mistakes, employees are so stressed out that they need to file for FMLA leave with their doctor and not to mention the many enemies this company has. I am so happy I no longer work there. Look elsewhere job seekers.
