      Cons

      Constant reorganizations. At times, the pace is a speeds where thought of consistency and process is an after thought. This leads to high frequency of duplication and many different ways to do the same thing.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
