      Used to be the best place ever until they changed their compensation plan.

      Cons

      It’s truly a shame what happened to PayPal LoanBuilder. Used to be the best job ever, you would work hard long hours, but it was worth it because the company compensated you well. Unfortunately everyone is leaving because of compensation changes.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
