      Pros

      The pay is pretty good and good work life balance. People leave office btw five to six which is pretty decent. Able to work from home.

      Cons

      People are not concerned with producing quality work. Not helpful at all. Not good at what they are doing

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
