Pros
They treat their engineers really well! Lot's of freedom, lot's of benefits, good pay, great culture. PayPal fits well within Austin's vibe. Highly recommended!
Cons
There's a LOT of tech debt coming in. Very steep learning curve, and they expect a lot, quickly. But, if you like a fast pace, exciting environment, it's fine.
