Pros
Good benefits, stock has been good performer so ESPP/RSU is valuable. Flexible schedule. Can work from home when needed.
Cons
Management only focused on favorites. Easy to get overlooked. Meeting-happy culture wastes lots of time. Internal transfers seem to be discouraged. Heavy process around almost any activity. No effort to develop team spirit or culture. Most managers and employees' main focus is making sure they come out looking good, even at the expense of others.
