      Good pay for industry. Fun people to work with

      Cons

      Far more work than staffing levels can handle. Sr Management won't increase staffing. Laid off seasoned employees.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
