1. Hire and fire culture - 4 unfair dismissal in a short period of 2 years, resulting low morale within the team. 2. Constant change of APAC leadership - lack of stability and no clear direction 3. Promotion is not by merit - staff got promoted 3 times in less than 2 years without valid justifications and results from management. 4. High turnover due to poor hiring - APAC has been hiring auditors who doesn’t have relevant experience and competency. The mismatch of skillset has caused the misfit to the company, which results in “hire and fire” culture. Last word - avoid to join the APAC internal audit unless you are prepare to lose your job in the near future. The fear of “don’t know” when might be your last day is just too much risk to take.

Pros

People appear to be nice, good benefits, and appearance of nice/collaborative culture.

Cons

Employees - especially those who have been there for years are very territorial for work. The company is highly siloed, people do not collaborate in a positive manner but a very fake manner with alternative agendas. Too many meetings with no agendas.
