1. Hire and fire culture - 4 unfair dismissal in a short period of 2 years, resulting low morale within the team. 2. Constant change of APAC leadership - lack of stability and no clear direction 3. Promotion is not by merit - staff got promoted 3 times in less than 2 years without valid justifications and results from management. 4. High turnover due to poor hiring - APAC has been hiring auditors who doesn’t have relevant experience and competency. The mismatch of skillset has caused the misfit to the company, which results in “hire and fire” culture.
