      Lots of different positions (room for advancement) Decent benefits Incentives

      Cons

      Metric driven (could excel at most but one failed metric could cause no bonus) Low pay compared to the current market Employees have become just a number since company went public.

      Great people but that may be team dependent.

      Cons

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
