      Lots of opportunity to move to different positions w/in the company. Great place for security and payments people. Great diversity.

      Cons

      Not the best talent in hi tech. Massive process. Fifedoms. Hard to get other groups to commit to deliver what your project requires.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
