      Pros

      PCA was a great company that was willing to perform outside the norm to get things done. The plant was in bad shape, and it was a great opportunity for me to be a driving force behind a great turnaround and to do the impossible.

      Cons

      It had to be turned around in a big way. I could have been looking for a job in six months.

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
